Thanks for the link AND the warning! It is a minefield OUT THERE!! I did make a start but then found that my computer had, in the process, acquired a lot of nuisance material from took me quite a while to get rid of it all. I have following much deliberation, decided not to purchase the download. The band's various comings and goings present an especially complex picture at the end of 1967 and it has been suggested that Kevin Kelley was in fact, the drummer.I'm not so sure about that though. It is interesting to note that although Roger, Chris and Mike were just finishing up The Notorious Byrd Brothers that week, no music from that album was performed at the Winterland show. There is now a tracklisting available for this one.as well as some downloading opportunities. Those Japanese stereo and mono recordings look interesting. And I just plucked down some good money on a boxed Booby Fuller Four set.(those Texas guys were kind of the bridge between Buddy Holly and our good old "feathered friends" here and that whole 60's song/album cavalcade) Wow.some good stuff on that I go maybe being broke again. In the meantime, I'll keep scanning the web.it's bound to show up somewhere at some point.everything does eventually. Perhaps we'll see it one day as part of a newly extended Notorious album. Where can we find this GEM?!!! We want it now!! Note the inclusion of the legendary jazz-rock improvisation, Milestones: The previous month, Roger McGuinn, Chris Hillman and Mike Clarke had been performing as a trio.although there has been no aural evidence of this.until now. When The Byrds released their masterpiece The Notorious Byrd Brothers in January 1968, many wondered just how such a fine record could have been made without their two greatest songwriters.Gene Clark and David Crosby. ![]() Messageboard For Love Fans - The Byrds at Winterland December 1967
